Returns for Physical Products

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a physical product purchased from Yoneko Studio, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or received in error.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and details of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Commissioned or personalised artwork.
Custom-made products.
Digital products and downloadable content.

Workshops, Classes and Teaching Activities

This Return Policy applies only to physical products.

It does not apply to workshops, courses, classes, mentoring sessions, demonstrations, or any other in-person or online teaching activities. Separate booking, cancellation, and refund terms apply to these services.
