My practice explores art as a pathway to reflection, wellbeing, and human connection. Working primarily with Momigami, illustration, textiles, and book arts, I create artworks, workshops, and creative experiences that encourage mindfulness, resilience, and personal expression.

Through my work, I offer:

  • Original artworks and artist books that explore themes of healing, memory, transformation, and hope.

  • Momigami workshops introducing participants to the traditional Japanese paper-working technique through hands-on creative experiences.

  • Creative wellbeing sessions that use making and storytelling as tools for reflection and personal growth.

  • Arts education and community engagement projects designed for schools, libraries, community organisations, and cultural venues.

  • Illustration and interdisciplinary creative projects that combine visual storytelling, craft, and contemporary art practices.

  • Exhibitions and participatory installations that invite audiences to contribute, connect, and share their own experiences.

At the heart of my practice is a belief that art is more than an object. It is a thread that connects people, cultures, memories, and emotions. Through making, learning, and sharing creative experiences, I aim to create spaces where people can pause, reflect, and discover new possibilities for connection and healing.
